Live virtual classes mean a real time Pilates workout, with personal feedback and some time with your Pilates community! You get so many benefits of a in-person workout; a progressing class based on your groups needs, person-to-person community, the ability to ask questions or ask for modifications…all from wherever you already are! Bonus: you can turn your camera off if you’re not feeling it that day ;-)
